From 2nd to 13th of may, the family of Jean-Baptiste met the local authorities in Mumbai and held a press conference.
They also announced a reward of 2 Lakhs for any information leading to the finding of Jean-Baptiste Talleu.

Jean-Baptiste Talleu, young French cyclist, 27 yrs old, 1m80, former scout leader, who used to work as a graphic web designer in Nancy, left France on 18 July 2007 to cycle around the world. No news from him since his arrival in Mumbai, India, on 4 December 2007. Jean-Baptiste had been informing his family about the stages of his trip via the Internet on a regular basis.
